Van Py Rhum is the scent of a ship’s cabin warmed by a dying fire where the sweetness of vanilla and the heat of rum meet in the dark. It opens with bourbon, Madagascar, and Tahitian vanilla, a trio of sweetness that does not overwhelm, but wraps itself around you like the warmth of a blanket you have been searching for. Rum and tonka bean join, a boozy, golden depth that settles into the bones like the memory of a toast made on a night you never wanted to end. Then, the heart: more vanilla, caramel, patchouli, and white flowers a rich, velvety embrace that lingers, soft and inviting. And finally, black vanilla husk, rum, Indonesian patchouli leaf, and oud—a smoky, resinous finish that stays close to the skin, like the memory of a place you have never been but somehow recognize. This is the scent of a woman who knows that sweetness is not a destination, but a warmth she carries with her.

How to Use: Spray the perfume by holding at least to 7 inches away from your body. Target the pulse points. The pulse points on your body (where your heart rate can be felt) are the best spots to apply a scent, due to the warmth of your blood. Some such points are located behind your ear, at the bottom of your throat, on your wrist, inside your elbow, and behind your knee. The perfume has a much better chance to lock on to your skin if it is smooth and soft, rather than dry and rough.
